Area of Research: Graphene nano-ribbon (GNR) FET-based ternary logic design.
I am currently pursuing M.Tech. in VLSI Design, School of VLSI and Embedded System, NIT Kurukshetra. My current research is focused on designing a ternary D Flip Flop circuit based on GNRFET device technology with low transistor count and power.
